Team and Program Registration

Team Registration Information

The SkoMor Soccer ClubWindy City Celtic Football Club is a nonprofit organization funded primarily by player’s annual fees. These fees provide for league fees, coaches/trainers salaries, one to three tournaments (depending on age level), field rentals, indoor training facilities and general operating expenses.

The Club Annual Player Membership fees for the 2017-2018 season are listed below

A deposit is due with a player's team registration in May/June.

Payment Plans are available for all teams, paid monthly.

A Discount is offered if fees are paid in full at time of registration (prior to start of season).

Once a player has accepted his or her position and paid the fee, a limited amount of refund will be given.

Limited financial assistance is available with the completed Financial Assistance form, and is based on need.

At registration in May/June, each new player is required to purchase an official SkoMor SC/ Windy City Celtic FC uniform package consisting of both home and away jerseys, shorts, and socks. Additional items are available for an additional cost.

Tryout Registration

All Players need to tryout once each year.

Future Stars/ Junior Skomor Registration

The Future Stars/ Junior Skomor Registration takes place differently than from the Team Registration.

Future Stars - Each session has it own registration: Fall, Winter, Spring.  Each Session costs $100 each night. If a player registers for two nights, the fee is $200 for that session.

Junior SkoMor - This program has one registration for the entire year. The Recreation program is $200.

Payment Plans, Pro-Rated Fees,

Payment Plans: All programs will be offered up to a 12 month payment plan schedule, with a $25-$50 deposit at time of registration. First payment is due with Registration, then starting the first of every month, starting June 1st 2018.

Pro-Rated Fees: All fees are pro-rated on the 1st of every month.

Family/Sibling Discounts:

Family/Sibling Discounts:

  • 1 Child: no discount
  • 2 Children: 15% off each child
  • 3 Children: 20% off each child
  • 4 Children: 25% off each child

Late Registrations

Late Registrations: Pro-rated fees apply depending on the registration date.

A late Registration fee of $100 applies for all registration after June 15  (U8 to U15 (8th grade boys) and All Girls teams. The U15 (9th Grade) to U19 Boys, and Spring Registrations (U8 to U14) Late Registration Date is January 1st. 

Out-of-District fee

Out-of-District fee: Residents of Lincolnwood, Niles, Morton Grove & Skokie, or within or attending the School District 219 boundaries are considered ‘In-District.’ All other locations are considered ‘Out-of-District’ and a $50 fee applies. Returning players are grandfathered in.


Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Deposits are Non-Refundable. Once a player plays (training or game), they will not be eligible for a refund of that season. They may be eligible for a 50% refund for future seasons (Winter or Spring).

Seasons

  • Summer/Fall: July 1 to November 30

  • Winter: December 1 to March 31

  • Spring: March 1 to June 30

Additional refund requests must be submitted to the SkoMor Board. They will be reviewed monthly.
